The Board of SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company") has noted the FCA's Listing Rules and announces that it is the Company's policy to invest no more than 15% of its gross assets in other listed closed-ended investment funds. Accordingly the Company's shares continue to remain an eligible investment for as many buyers of investment company shares as possible.
