Exercise of Warrant

The Company today announces that it has authorised the issue and allottment of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.005p each pursuant to an exercise of warrants at an exercise price of 0.2p ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expected that issue, allotment and admission of the new shares to trading will occur at 8.00 a.m. on Friday 24 December 2010.

Following admission of the new shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares will be 4,762,547,275.
