Exercise of Options by Executive Director
PureCircle announces that on 7 November 2008 William Mitchell, the Group Finance Director exercised a further 120,000 Options that had been issued to him under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
The Options, which vested on 1 November 2008, had a strike price of US$1.00 per share.
The 120,000 Options were satisfied by a transfer from the Company's existing treasury shares.
