Exercise of Options

The Company announces that members of staff have exercised a total of 800,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.75p per share. Admission of and dealings in these 800,000 Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 25 January 2011.

Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 624,614,505 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
