Exercise of Options

Due to an exercise of options, the Company has applied for 1,214,900 new ordinary shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 4 February 2010. Following the admission to trading of these new shares, Toumaz Holdings will have a total issued share capital of 462,518,922 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure of 462,518,922 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
