Exercise of Options

The Company has today issued 3,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 24 April 2012.

Following the exercise of options, the enlarged issued share capital is 4,321,967 Ordinary Shares of 5p each.
