Exercise of Employee Share Options

Asian Citrus Holdings Limited announces that following exercises of the Company's Employee Share Options, 5,808,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 have been issued.

Following these exercises of Employee Share Options, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this announcement is 867,129,094.

Application will be made today to the London Stock Exchange for the ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 3 November 2010.
