Announcement of Fifth Interim Dividend

The Company has today declared its fifth interim dividend payment in respect of the period from 1 April 2015 to 30 April 2015 of 0.4583 pence per share as detailed in the schedule below:

Interim Property Income Distribution (PID) 0.4583 pence per share

Ex-Dividend Date: 14 May 2015

Record Date: 15 May 2015

Pay Date: 29 May 2015

It is anticipated that the Company will pay a further monthly dividend of 0.4583 pence per share in June 2015 (for the month to 31 May). Dividends are expected to be paid on a monthly basis at a rate consistent with the target yield of 5.5% per annum on the issue price.
