Tata Tea Limited22 June 2007 Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members of the Company and theRegister of Transfer of Shares will remain closed from 25th July, 2007 to 10thAugust, 2007, both days inclusive, for the purpose of holding the Annual GeneralMeeting which will be held on 10th August, 2007, at Kolkata. The dividend that may be declared by the Company will be paid on or after 13thAugust, 2007, to those members of the Company whose names appear on the Registerof Members as on 25th July, 2007. In respect of shares held in electronic form,the dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners of the shares as onbeginning of 25th July, 2007, as per details provided by the Depositories forthis purpose.
