Announcement of Interim Dividend

Ediston Property Investment Company plc (the "Company") (LSE: EPIC) has today declared its interim dividend (property income distribution) payment in respect of the period from 1 December 2016 to 31 December 2016 of 0.4583 pence per share as timetabled below:

Ex-Dividend Date: 19 January 2017

Record Date: 20 January 2017

Pay Date: 31 January 2017

It is anticipated that the Company will pay a further monthly dividend of 0.4583 pence per share in February 2017 (for the month to 31 January 2017). Dividends are expected to be paid on a monthly basis at a rate consistent with the target yield of 5.5% per annum on the issue price of 100p at flotation of the Company on 28 October 2014.
