Director's Shareholding

The Company confirms that Shahid Ullah, Chief Operating Officer, was today allotted 362,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") as part of the share award granted to him on his appointment to the Board of the Company. Application is being made to the London Stock Exchange for these to be admitted to trading on AIM, and dealings in the Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 1st May 2009  

Following the admission of these shares, Shahid Ullah's total beneficial holding in the Company will be 737,500 Ordinary Shares.
