DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") has been notified on 16 February 2011 that Nicholas George, a director of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary 30p shares in the Company in London on 16 February 2011 at a price of 585.07 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr George's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 5,000 representing 0.0016% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
