Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, was notified on 4 February 2011 by Brian Sweeney, a director of the Company, that he purchased 5,450 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 364.75p per Ordinary Share on 4th February 2011. Mr Sweeney now holds 195,450 Ordinary Shares in the Company, being approximately 0.27% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pursuit Dynamics PLC.
