Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it was informed today that Mr. Oozi Cats, its CEO and executive director, has bought 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 215 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr. Cats owns or is directly interested in 22,811,977 Ordinary Shares, representing 20.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company announces that it was informed today by Mr. Yosi Fait, its Finance Director and an Executive Director, that Jeopal Ltd., a company in which Mr. Fait is the beneficial owner, has bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 215 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr. Fait owns or is directly interested in 315,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
