Director's Dealing
Lighthouse, (AIM:LGT) the largest listed UK IFA advisory business, announces that Malcolm Streatfield, Chief Executive, has today transferred 233,333 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holdings into his SIPP account ("Transfer").
Following the Transfer, Malcolm Streatfield's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,612,063 Ordinary Shares. This represents approximately 2.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
