Servoca, the AIM listed specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces that, on 2 July 2014 it was notified that, on that day, Andy Church, a Director of the Company, purchased through his SIPP, 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Andy Church has a beneficial interest in 6,013,523 Ordinary Shares of the Company representing 4.80% of the total voting rights in the Company.
