Cyan Holdings plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the integrated system and software design company delivering mesh based flexible wireless solutions for utility metering and lighting control, is pleased to announce that today John Cronin, Executive Chairman, has purchased a total of 5,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.59693 pence per share.
This brings John Cronin's interest in the Company's current issued share capital to 43,368,313 being 1.68% of the current issued share capital.
