Director/PDMR Shareholding

GAME Digital plc (the 'Company') Notification of Transactions of Directors

The Company announces that:

1. On 15 October 2015 Lesley Watkins, Non-Executive Director of the Company, notified the Company that on 15 October 2015, she purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 200 pence per Ordinary Share; and

2. On 16 October 2015 Caspar Woolley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, notified the Company that on 16 October 2015, he purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 199.2 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Lesley Watkins has an interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares and Caspar Woolley has an interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.003% and 0.006% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital respectively. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1).
