Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 1 June 2009, James Lambert ('Mr Lambert'), Non-Executive Chairman,purchased 110,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 82 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Lambert is now interested in 1,130,418 Ordinary Shares representing 5.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
