30 March 2011 HOGG ROBINSON GROUP PLC (`HRG' or `the Company') DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification that on 28 March 2011, David Radcliffe, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, transferred 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company into his spouse's name, Paula Radcliffe, at nil cost.

Notification of this transaction was received by the Company on 29 March 2011 and is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
