Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('DTR' or the 'Company')
The Company has been informed that on 11 July 2008, Jetpath Limited sold 4,350,000 CFDs over DTR shares and Mariona Limited sold 4,550,000 CFDs over DTR shares at an average price of 34c per share.
Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC, has a substantial interest in Jetpath Limited.
Guy Naggar, a director of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Treveria Real Estate Asset Management Limited, has a substantial interest in Mariona Limited.
Following the above sales (and in addition to the sale of 200,000 CFDs over DTR shares by Jetpath Limited announced on 11 July 2008), Mr Klimt's and Mr Naggar's interests in the Company are as follows:
