CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

Further to the announcement of 3rd April 2008, the Company has been notified that today Thomas J Thomson, Vice Chairman and a Director of the Company, has acquired 325,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at 212.5 pence per share further to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved and Unapproved Share Option Schemes. He has subsequently sold 170,000 Ordinary Shares at 358.536 pence per share. His total interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company following this transaction is 185,264 shares (0.28%).
