Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L) has been informed that Robert Terry, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 16,667 Ordinary Shares of 15 pence at a price of £1.9000 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Terry, together with shares held as family interests, is interested in a total of 45,650,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 10.89% of the total issued share capital.
