 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 16 February 2015, Amedeo Fasano, EVP, Supply, purchased 108 Shares at £56.2875 per share through his personal ISA and on 18 February 2015, his spouse, Alessandra Fasano, purchased 87 Shares at £56.45 per share through her personal ISA.

Following these transactions, Amedeo Fasano's shareholding has increased to 177,833 Shares, representing 0.0247% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
