Huntsworth plc announces that on 23 December 2010, awards under the Huntsworth Performance Share Plan were made as follows in respect of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company:

These awards are structured as nil cost options. No payment is due for the receipt or vesting of the awards.

The vesting of the above awards is subject to meeting performance conditions. Subject to those performance conditions being met, the awards will normally vest on the third anniversary of their acquisition.
