Awards under the Tarsus Group plc 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") received notification on 15 March 2017 from the following Directors that on 15 March 2017 they were granted awards in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") under the rules of the LTIP.
