On 20 November 2014, Ian El-Mokadem, Chief Executive Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, and his spouse, Cathryn El-Mokadem, jointly purchased 38,569 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") in the capital of Exova Group plc at a price of £1.62 per Share. Following this transaction, Ian El-Mokadem has an interest in 2,000,000 Shares, including 38,569 Shares held jointly with his spouse.
