Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 6 November 2009 at a price of 432.94 pence per share which Mr. Marsh gifted in entirety to his adult children.
Accordingly, Mr Marsh remains beneficially interested in 1,237,739 ordinary shares, representing 5.88 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
