Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company was notified today that, on 18 April 2016, Ian Temple, CEO of Hydrogen Group plc and a substantial shareholder in the Company, transferred 291,420 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Hydrogen Shares") on behalf of himself and his wife into his SIPP, the Ian Temple SIPP. The transaction was carried out at 33 pence per Hydrogen Share. 

Following this transaction, Ian Temple's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged, being 4,048,726 Hydrogen shares. This represents 16.94% of the Company's current issued share capital.
