SHARE ACQUISITION BY A DIRECTOR
Sepura plc (the "Company") announces that it has today been notified that Gordon Stuart, one of the Company's Non-Executive Directors, today acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 126.9 pence per Share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Stuart has an interest in 15,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company, all of which are held by him personally.
