AfriAg (AIM: AFRI) announces that it was informed on 25 September 2015 that on the same day, David Lenigas, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 0.45p each. Following this transaction, Mr Lenigas' holding in the Company is 121,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.76 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
