Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") received notification on 29 April 2013 from Paul Keenan (Non Executive Director) that due to a change in his SIPP provider on 26 April 2013 he sold 16,400 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") at £2.32 each and repurchased on the same day 16,400 Shares at £2.33 each. His total beneficial interest in Shares therefore remains unaltered at 16,400 Shares.
