These shares had been issued to him on 9 May 2007 on the exercise by himof share options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. Following the sale Bernard Becker has a direct interest in a total of 109,548voting rights in the Company, representing 0.18% of the total voting rights ofthe Company.
