Pivot Entertainment Group plc (AIM: PVT), the transatlantic media and entertainment company, was notified that on 27th January 2012, Jeremy Barbera, CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 23,385 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19p per share. Prior to the transaction, Jeremy Barbera was interested in 9,326,615 ordinary shares. Following this purchase his total holding is now 9,350,000 representing 14.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
