Directors' interest in shares

The Company hereby notifies that on 30 September 2014, David Radcliffe purchased a further 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 45.75 pence per share.

As a result of this acquisition of shares, David Radcliffe is now beneficially interested in a total of 2,483,062 shares (representing 0.77% of the Company's issued share capital).

Notification of the above transaction is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
