UniVision Engineering Ltd04 October 2007 UniVision Engineering plc plc ('UniVision' or the 'Company') DIRECTORS' DEALINGS UniVision was notified on 3 October 2007 that the Chairman of the Company, MrStephen Koo, purchased 1,241,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in UniVision at aprice of 2.5p per share on 3 October 2007. Following this purchase and his former holdings with Up sky Investments which iswholly owned by Mr Koo, his total shareholding in the Company is 79,985,000shares, represents 20.85% of the current issued share capital.
