Director Shareholdings
Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that William Dewsall, Chief Executive Officer of Gable, has bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Michael Hirschfield, Group Finance Director of Gable, has bought 13,150 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, the beneficial and other interests of William Dewsall and Mike Hirschfield in the Ordinary Shares are as follows:
