Director/PDMR Shareholding
Vipera Plc, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, has been notified that director Martin Perrin yesterday purchased 180,605 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 4.38 pence per share.
Following this purchase Mr Perrin will, personally and through his family holdings, be interested in a total of 900,000 ordinary shares in Vipera representing 0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
