The Company was today notified that Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Director, transferred a total of 103,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 15.15p per Ordinary Share to his personal ISA.

Following the above transaction Mr. Laurier remains beneficially interested in 23,424,510 Ordinary Shares, as reported previously on 25 April 2017, representing approximately 15.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
