Director/PDMR Shareholding

Driver Group plc (AIM: DRV.L), the global construction consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, announces that it has been notified by Mr Alan McClue, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, that on 7 October 2014, he sold 625,000 ordinary shares at a price of 97.706 pence per share. Part of the proceeds of the sale are being used to satisfy the tax liability which has arisen as a consequence of Mr. McClue's exercise of share options on 30 September 2014 under the Company's employee share option schemes, which was announced on 1 October 2014.

Following this transaction, Alan McClue's beneficial holding in the Company is 317,500 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
