Avesco was notified on 24 October 2012 that Richard Murray, the Company's Chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 159p per Ordinary Share and 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 160p per Ordinary Share on 23 October 2012. Following these transactions, Mr Murray holds 5,293,206 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 20.8% of the Company's total voting rights.
