Moss Bros Group Plc (“the Company”) was notified today that on the 16 December 2011, Maurice Helfgott, a Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company (“Shares”) at a price of 32.75 pence per Share.
