Director Shareholding 

Cavanagh Group plc (the "Company") was notified 2 September 2009 that on 2 September 2009, Mr Simon Redgrove, a director of the Company, transferred 12,105 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Mr Redgrove. As a result of this transaction Mr Redgrove remains interested in 2,170,754 Ordinary Shares representing 18.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
