The Company has received notification that Mr Mark Lawrence, Group Chief Executive today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at 49.5 pence per Share.
Following this transaction Mr Lawrence now has beneficial interests in 20,000 Shares. This amounts to less than 0.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
