Eleco PLC27 March 2006 Eleco plc (the 'Company') Director Shareholding The Company was notified today, in accordance with the provisions of section198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, that Mr. J H B Ketteley, a director of theCompany, purchased 6,532 shares in the Company following an exercise of optionsunder the Company's Sharesave Scheme, at an option price of 31p, on 27 March2006. Mr Ketteley's beneficial interest in the Company has increased, following thistransaction, to 5,709,727 ordinary shares, representing 11.63 per cent. of theissued ordinary share capital of the Company.
