Director Shareholding 

Cavanagh Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 10 December 2009 that on 09 December 2009, Mr Charles Gillespie, a Director of the Company, transferred 66,133 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 57 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Mr Gillespie. 

On 09 December 2009, Mr Gillespie also sold 33,643 Ordinary Shares at a price of 57 pence per share to a pension fund belonging to his wife, Mrs Carol Gillespie.

As a result of these transactions Mr Gillespie's notifiable interest has remained unchanged in 286,690 Ordinary Shares representing 2.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
