Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Daniel Stewart (AIM: DAN), the investment bank offering corporate advisory and institutional stock broking services, has been informed that on 5 January 2011 Mr Peter Shea, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 1.35p per share.

Furthermore, Mr Shea has been awarded 73,750 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Company's 2007 Bonus Awards.

Following the above, Peter Shea is interested in a total of 48,185,731 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.44 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
