Director Shareholding Notification
The Board of First Derivatives announces that it was today notified that Mr. Michael O'Neill, a Non Executive Director, has today sold 100,000 shares in the Company at a price of 275 pence per share.
Following this disposal Mr O'Neill retains an interest in 940,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.52 per cent of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
