Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, announces that on 10 September 2014, the 1989 Peter Johnson Settlement Trust sold 175,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 60 pence per share.
Following the sale, Peter Johnson, Non-Executive Chairman, has a beneficial interest of 50,546,066 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
