Densitron was notified today that Mr Grahame Falconer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 4.75p per share.
Following the purchase today Mr Falconer holds a total of 120,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
